How can I check availability and book a service with SnapVegas?To check our availability, simply click the green “Book Now” button on our website and enter the postal or ZIP code for the property you’d like us to visit. After selecting the bundle that best fits your needs, you’ll be able to view available dates and times for our services. Once you complete your booking online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your scheduled date and time. You can access the booking page here: Booking Alternatively, download the Booking app to book your appointment, manage your booking, and track your content—all in one place.

How can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?All invoices and receipts are automatically emailed to you after booking. However, they may occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder. If you need a new copy, send us an email titled a Receipt Request to have it resent. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out for further assistance.

How do I earn and track referral coupons?Referral coupons are earned exclusively through bookings made on the booking app. You can view your total accumulated points directly within the app.

What are community amenities, and do you take photos of them?Community amenities include shared features such as pools, gyms, parks, party rooms, and billiard rooms that are part of the building but located outside the individual unit. We capture these amenities only if we have direct access during the photoshoot, typically providing up to five photos.

How can I cancel my 3D Virtual Tour hosting?To cancel your 3D Virtual Tour hosting, you can submit a request by email or cancel directly through the Booking app.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?If you cancel your appointment at least one day before the scheduled date and time, there’s no charge. However, cancellations made on the same day will incur a $99.99 “same-day cancellation fee”.

Can I update my email address in the Booking app?Unfortunately, we cannot change email addresses on accounts. If you need to use a new email address, you’ll need to create a new account.

Can I request raw files from my photoshoot?We don’t provide raw files. We uses specialized techniques for capturing content, which are proprietary to us and help maintain our competitive advantage. Raw files are for internal use only.

Do you provide RMS (Residential Measurement Standard) measurements?Our floorplans are for illustrative purposes only and do not include RMS measurements. However, we provide floorplans with approximately 5% in variance, created using Matterport 3D Virtual Tours.

What is the purpose of the Property Website and Virtual Feature Sheet?The property website can be added as a multimedia option to your MLS listing, allowing viewers to access more details about the property. The virtual feature sheet includes a QR code that can replace traditional feature sheets. You can print the QR code and display it at the property entrance so visitors can scan it to view all the property details.

Are there any coupons or promotions available?Yes, all available coupons and promotions can be found exclusively on the Booking app. Simply click the Coupons icon at the top of the dashboard to view the current offers.

What is the turnaround time for Virtual Staging and Object Removal?Turnaround time depends on the number of photos ordered. For 1-5 photos, it typically takes 24 hours, while 6 or more photos take around 24-48 hours. In total, expect the process to take 24-48 hours after the first batch of content is processed. Once completed, the files will be available in your Dropbox folder under a subfolder labeled Virtual Staging or Object Removal depending on which service you selected. We recommend checking your Dropbox Photos folder regularly before receiving an email notification.
